The Philadelphia Flyers continued their improbable playoff run as they beat the Montreal Canadiens 4-2 on Monday night to clinch the series.
Mike Richards had a highlight-reel goal early, Arron Asham and Jeff Carter scored 84 seconds apart for the Flyers.
Philadelphia is back in the Stanley Cup finals for the first time in 13 years.
The Flyers have not hoisted Lord Stanley since winning consecutive titles in 1974 and 1975.
They will play the Western Conference champion Chicago Blackhawks in Game 1 on Saturday.
